Case Dismissed!
I didn’t even know what happened. I met Sam in the courtroom for motions and after about 20 minutes the Judge started talking and said, “Mr. Sliger I do agree with you and will grant your motion.” Sam packed up his stuff and said lets go we are done here. In the elevator Sam said to me, “is everything all right” I said, “Yeah just wondering how many times I will have to come back up here.” Sam said well the good news is ZERO. Dude we won, the judge said there was no probable cause for the DUI arrest. Sam was able to have the eye test suppressed and the hand held breath test suppressed. If you are arrested for a DUI in Georgia you need to hire Sam Sliger with McDonald & Cody.
